Currently we have two requirements forms, these are the Data Analysis Form and the Spreadsheet Requirements Form respectively. Both forms have an instruction sheet, we recommend that clients read the instructions and complete the relevant form.
The Data Analysis Form
This is a straightforward form. On the Data Analysis results page, the clients outline the way the results of the analysis are to be presented. The client also outlines the source of the data in the tables. The Data Analysis form can be downloaded and unzipped below.

The Workbook/Worksheet Requirements Form
The Workbook/Worksheet Requirements Form is a little more complex, in that the clients will complete one form per workbook but there are a series of forms, depending on the number of worksheets required (5, 10, 15 or 20 worksheets). If the clients require more worksheets please email Excel Pros with the number of worksheets required and we will send you an amended form with the number of worksheets requested. Please read the instruction sheet which is on the first tab of the form, before completing the requirements form.
